Over 20 videos made up into 4 modules, Alesya shares her knowledge, experience and research. Topics covered include an in-depth review of the Solution Focused Approach, an in-depth explanation of Hope Theory, the Hope based discussion guide, how to identify and expand Hope in the session, when Hope is lost or if the goal is impossible, a real session of SFBT in action with commentary...and more. By the end of this course you will have acquired the knowledge in how to evoke hope in every session regardless of presenting problems or circumstances.
